Ingredients
- 1 lb brussels sprouts – cut into halves
- 2 stalks green onions – chopped
- 1 tsp Esmen’s Curry Powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute
Instructions:
- In a medium pot with a cover, add water and brussels sprouts and steam for about 10 minutes over low heat.
- Drain off water and set aside.
- In a large pan heat the coconut oil, then add Esmen’s Curry Powder and cook in the oil for about 30 seconds.
- Then add green onions and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Next add the brussels sprouts, Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute, salt, and pepper to taste and sauté for 5 minutes.
