Curry Spiced Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts – cut into halves
  • 2 stalks green onions – chopped
  • 1 tsp Esmen’s Curry Powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute

Instructions:

  • In a medium pot with a cover, add water and brussels sprouts and steam for about 10 minutes over low heat.
  • Drain off water and set aside.
  • In a large pan heat the coconut oil, then add Esmen’s Curry Powder and cook in the oil for about 30 seconds.
  • Then add green onions and sauté for about 1 minute.
  • Next add the brussels sprouts, Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute, salt, and pepper to taste and sauté for 5 minutes.
