Ingredients
- 2 pears, cut into small pieces
- 1 apple, cut into small pieces
- 1 mango, cut into small pieces
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- Handful of fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Esmen’s Curry Powder
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, add pears, apple, mango, bell pepper and mix.
- Add the ginger, green onion, cilantro and mix.
- In a small bowl, combine the sesame oil and curry powder and mix thoroughly.
- Serve chilled
Best to leave in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
