Ingredients

  • 2 pears, cut into small pieces
  • 1 apple, cut into small pieces
  • 1 mango, cut into small pieces
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 stalk green onion, chopped
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Esmen’s Curry Powder

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, add pears, apple, mango, bell pepper and mix.
  2. Add the ginger, green onion, cilantro and mix.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the sesame oil and curry powder and mix thoroughly.
  4. Serve chilled

Best to leave in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
