Curry Halibut Steak

Ingredients

  • 3 halibut steak
  • 1 medium onion – Chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic – Crushed
  • 1 medium bell pepper – Chopped
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme – Chopped
  • 2 stalks green onion – Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Esmen’s Curry Powder
  • All purpose seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Season fish with salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon Esmen’s Curry Powder, all purpose seasoning, old bay seasoning and set aside
  2. In a large saucepan heat coconut oil, then add 1 teaspoon Esmen’s Curry Powder
  3. Next add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, thyme and sauté for about 5 minutes
  4. Add the coconut milk and cook on low heat for about 7 to 10 minutes
  5. Next add the fish and cook for another 10 minutes or until cooked
