Ingredients
- 8 oz white fish filets
- 1 ¼ tablespoon Esmen’s Curry Powder
- 2 cloves garlic – finely chopped
- ½ ginger – finely chopped
- 1 stalk green onion – finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 Tablespoon coconut oil
Method
- Season fish pieces with salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon Esmen’s Curry Powder. NOTE: You can marinate for approximately 30 minutes or cook immediately
- Heat coconut oil in a large frying pan over medium heat with ¼ teaspoon of Esmen’s Curry Powder
- Add fish and fry on each side for 3 – 4 minutes until fish is cooked
