Pan Fried Curry Fish

Ingredients

  • 8 oz white fish filets
  • 1 ¼ tablespoon Esmen’s Curry Powder
  • 2 cloves garlic – finely chopped
  • ½ ginger – finely chopped
  • 1 stalk green onion – finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tablespoon coconut oil

Method

  1. Season fish pieces with salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon Esmen’s Curry Powder.  NOTE: You can marinate for approximately 30 minutes or cook immediately
  2. Heat coconut oil in a large frying pan over medium heat with ¼ teaspoon of Esmen’s Curry Powder
  3. Add fish and fry on each side for 3 – 4 minutes until fish is cooked
