Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken – cut into 8 pieces
- 6 tablespoons Esmen’s Curry Marinade (see recipe here)
- 2 teaspoons chicken seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Trader Joe’s 21 seasoning salute
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ½ cup pineapple habanero sauce
Directions
- In a large container, add the chicken, Esmen’s Curry Marinade, chicken seasoning, Trader Joe’s 21 seasoning salute, all-purpose seasoning, salt, and pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Set aside and marinate for 2 hours or more (can marinate in the fridge overnight).
- Heat BBQ grill to 350 degrees, then grill the chicken on each side for about 10 – 15 minutes or until cooked.
- During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush on the pineapple habanero sauce on both sides of the chicken.
