Grilled Curry Lamb with Mango Chutney

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lamb chops
  • 4 – 5 tablespoons Esmen’s Curry Marinade (see recipe here)
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ cup mango chutney

Directions

  1. In a large container, add the lamb chops, Esmen’s Curry Marinade, steak seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, salt, and pepper and mix thoroughly.
  2. Set aside and marinate for 2 hours or more (can marinate in the fridge overnight).
  3. Heat BBQ grill to 350 degrees, then grill the lamb chops to your desired finish.
  4. During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush on the mango chutney on both sides of the lamb chops
