Ingredients
- 3 medium yellow onions – chopped
- 3 medium bell peppers (use different colours) – chopped
- 6 stalks green onion – chopped
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 inches ginger
- 4 sprigs of fresh thyme – chopped
- Handful of fresh cilantros
- 1 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons Esmen’s Curry Powder
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, add onion, bell peppers, green onion, garlic, ginger, thyme, cilantro, oil, and blend until smooth.
- Transfer into a large container, then add Esmen’s Curry Powder and mix thoroughly.
- Place in a glass jar and store in the fridge for up to 6 months.
Use it to marinate your seafood, meat, and vegetables for cooking, especially on the BBQ grill.
