Esmen’s Curry Marinate

Ingredients

  • 3 medium yellow onions – chopped
  • 3 medium bell peppers (use different colours) – chopped
  • 6 stalks green onion – chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 inches ginger
  • 4 sprigs of fresh thyme – chopped
  • Handful of fresh cilantros
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 tablespoons Esmen’s Curry Powder

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, add onion, bell peppers, green onion, garlic, ginger, thyme, cilantro, oil, and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer into a large container, then add Esmen’s Curry Powder and mix thoroughly.
  3. Place in a glass jar and store in the fridge for up to 6 months.

Use it to marinate your seafood, meat, and vegetables for cooking, especially on the BBQ grill.
