Ingredients
- 2 lbs lamb chops
- 4 – 5 tablespoons Esmen’s Curry Marinade (see recipe here)
- 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ½ cup mango chutney
Directions
- In a large container, add the lamb chops, Esmen’s Curry Marinade, steak seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, salt, and pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Set aside and marinate for 2 hours or more (can marinate in the fridge overnight).
- Heat BBQ grill to 350 degrees, then grill the lamb chops to your desired finish.
- During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush on the mango chutney on both sides of the lamb chops
