Grilled Curry Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp – 21-25 count, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons Esmen’s Curry Marinade (see recipe here)
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 -5 skewers

Directions

  1. In a large container, add the shrimp, Esmen’s Curry Marinade, old bay seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, salt and pepper and mix together thoroughly.
  2. Set aside and marinate for 2 hours or more (can marinate in the fridge overnight).
  3. Add approximately 6 shrimp to each skewer.
  4. Heat BBQ grill to 350 degrees, then grill the shrimp on the skewers on each side for 3 – 5 minutes
