Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp – 21-25 count, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons Esmen’s Curry Marinade (see recipe here)
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 -5 skewers
Directions
- In a large container, add the shrimp, Esmen’s Curry Marinade, old bay seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, salt and pepper and mix together thoroughly.
- Set aside and marinate for 2 hours or more (can marinate in the fridge overnight).
- Add approximately 6 shrimp to each skewer.
- Heat BBQ grill to 350 degrees, then grill the shrimp on the skewers on each side for 3 – 5 minutes
