Crispy Curry Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings sections
  • 1 tbsp Esmen’s Curry Marinate
  • 1 tsp Esmen’s Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 tsp Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Coconut oil spritzer

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Prepare a baking tray.  Place a wire rack on a sheet pan lined with foil.  Spray rack with coconut oil.
  3. In a large bowl, add the chicken wings.
  4. Then add Esmen’s Curry Marinate, Esmen’s Curry Powder, sugar, all-purpose seasoning, Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, baking powder and cornstarch.
  5. Then stir together and ensure all the chicken wings are coated evenly with the spices.
  6. (NOTE: you can leave to marinate for an hour or more)
  7. Place wings on the baking rack and bake for about 40 minutes or until cooked, flip after 20 minutes.
